\nLe sujet de th\u00e8se porte sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de la fatigue thermom\u00e9canique des joints bras\u00e9s sans plomb. L\u2019objectif principal est de comprendre l\u2019effet de la microstructure des joints de brasure sur leur comportement en cyclage thermique. L’\u00e9volution de la microstructure des brasures SnAgCu au cours du cyclage thermique a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s microstructurales des joints bras\u00e9s apr\u00e8s refusion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi impl\u00e9ment\u00e9es dans les mod\u00e8les \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis pour \u00e9tudier l’impact de ces caract\u00e9ristiques sur la r\u00e9ponse des brasures SAC au cours des cycles thermiques.<\/p>\n
